No WiK Bounty quests for me? - Guild Wars Forums

I have several accounts. Two of the accounts were able to pick up Destor the Truthseeker bounty yesterday, but a third account could not. There was no "!" over the signpost. Two characters on this particular account have completed WiK years ago and I have been farming the bounties ever since. I do not have any WiK quests in my log, I have verified that there are no WiK influences in the explorable areas. My last action with either of these toons was to collect a bounty for Carnak the Hungry. Thoughts?
